When the 2008 recession reshaped the coffee landscape, Wolf returned to its core - roasting exceptional beans for homes and businesses throughout Sonoma County and beyond.
In 2018, Wolf Coffee entered a new chapter under the leadership of Nick Castelli. With a lifelong passion for extraordinary food and drink, Nick left his corporate career to reimagine Wolf as a modern culinary coffee brand. Since then, he has reinvigorated the roasting process, refreshed the brand, and rebuilt Wolf’s presence in Sonoma and beyond.

Nick grew up in New York surrounded by Italian family traditions, where cooking and sharing meals sparked his lifelong passion for extraordinary food and drink. When the opportunity came to take Wolf Coffee into its next chapter, he traded his corporate suits for roasting aprons, committed to bringing gourmet coffee to people who truly appreciate a great cup.
A details guy at heart, Nick is hands-on in every aspect of the business - from perfecting roast profiles and maintaining equipment, to adopting sustainable practices and connecting with customers. Under his leadership, Wolf Coffee continues to honor its roots while evolving into a brand built on craftsmanship, integrity, and care.
