Vintner's Roast is our brightest coffee, and it was made by request. Roasted from naturally processed Central American beans, this light roast leads with bright, expressive acidity and aromatics of stone fruit, citrus blossom, and hibiscus. Where most of our lineup is built to tame acidity into balance, here we went the other direction on purpose, letting origin character and brightness ring through loud and clear. The result is vibrant, aromatic, and clean, a coffee that rewards a thoughtful pour-over and a slow morning. Developed in collaboration with multiple winemakers and sommeliers of Sonoma County.

*Please note that we only ship coffee whole bean for maximum freshness. The moment you grind coffee it begins to quickly degrade in flavor. Also, we use generic grind sizes that may not be best for your machine. We always recommend grinding fresh for yourself! We do offer our suggested grinder from Baratza, here.
